By accessing and using the LookEyes API service ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our Service.

LookEyes API provides data search and retrieval services through a RESTful API interface. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various pricing plans.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

To use the Service, you must:

• Purchase a valid subscription plan
• Maintain the security of your API key
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your API key
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

All payments are processed through Volta Payment using cryptocurrency:

• Payments are non-refundable once API access has been granted
• Subscription periods begin immediately upon payment confirmation
• All prices are listed in EUR and converted to cryptocurrency at the time of payment
• Failed transactions due to insufficient funds or network issues are not our responsibility

Refund Policy: Due to the instant nature of API key delivery, we do not offer refunds. Please test the API with our Test Pack before purchasing larger plans.

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

• Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violating any laws in your jurisdiction
• Harassment, abuse, or harm to another person
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reselling or redistributing API access without permission
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our source code
• Excessive requests that could damage or impair the Service

Your use of the API is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan:

• Test Plans: 100 requests per minute
• Rate limits are enforced automatically
• Exceeding rate limits will result in temporary throttling
• Systematic abuse may result in account suspension

We are committed to protecting your privacy:

• We do not store your search queries beyond necessary logging
• Your API usage statistics are kept confidential
• We do not sell or share your personal information
• All API communications are encrypted via HTTPS

All intellectual property rights in the Service remain our property or our licensors' property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the API for the duration of your subscription.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee:

• 100% uptime or uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements

We reserve the right to perform maintenance that may temporarily affect service availability.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We provide the Service "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service
• We are not responsible for data accuracy or completeness

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

• For violation of these Terms & Conditions
• For abusive or fraudulent behavior
• For non-payment or expired subscription
• At our discretion for any reason

Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the API and destroy any copies of documentation or data.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
